Training is central part of Khoji. There is no use of Khoji if you are not trained to use it. The operator has to pass through the rigorous training sessions and various tests before he is granted certification.
Before an operator is certified he has to pass through various test conditions where he has to locate let say cars out of many cars carrying planted device. Then he might be asked to search the area and find out the hidden target. The people who fail the test will not be granted certification.
So a certified operator will be the one able to use Khoji's full capabilities.
